Minivasive grew out of a need to treat patients suffering from pain where traditional physical therapy did not provide satisfactory results. Minivasive uses advanced interventional techniques and minimally invasive procedures in a targeted approach to heal you.
Dr. Phong Q. Le is subspecialty certified in pain medicine and a board certified anesthesiology physician. Using a unique combination of his pursuit for excellence, coupled with a compassionate bedside manner, Dr. Le can help people relieve their pain and regain their lives.
Prior to joining Minivasive Pain Specialists, Dr. Le practiced with the leading anesthesia and pain management group in the Philadelphia region. Dr. Le began his extensive medical training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Le continued his residency training in Anesthesiology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and completed a Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at New York Medical College - St Vincent’s Medical Center.
Dr. Le is an active member of the Texas Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, and Harris County Medical Society.
During his spare time, Dr. Le spends time with his wife and son, and is an avid University of Texas fan and alum.
Dr. Ye is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation medicine and is also fellowship-trained in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Ye specializes in comprehensive interventional pain medicine. He combines multidisciplinary, evidence-based treatments, as well as tailored rehabilitative and interventional approach to treat various painful conditions related to the spine, degenerative joint and other pain symptoms.
Dr. Ye has extensive experience in interventional spine procedures, ultrasound guided peripheral joint injections and regenerative medicine. He served as chief surgical medical student during medical school. He successfully completed his PMR residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University then gained further expertise by completing fellowship training in interventional spine and sports medicine. He has presented research posters and remains actively enrolled in many conferences and medical societies in pain medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Raised in Cypress, Texas, Dr. Thomas S. White is a board certified anesthesiologist by the American board of Anesthesiology and fellowship-trained in interventional pain medicine.
Dr. White’s education began at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in biochemistry. Following his undergraduate years, he embarked on his career in medicine, attending the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where he earned his M.D. degree. Shortly after, he continued his comprehensive training by completing his anesthesiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He later moved on to complete his fellowship training in interventional pain management at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.
Not only has Dr. White given presentations on topics such as the use of spinal cord stimulation or pharmaceutical pain strategies for spine surgery, but he has authored literature on trigeminal neuralgia for a pain management boards review book.
Alongside his scholastic achievements, Dr. White is also an active member of multiple societies including the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the Spine Interventional Society, as well as the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
Outside of medicine, Dr. White spends time with his wife and daughter and is a passionate Texas Longhorns football fan.

In an effort respect the time of all our patients, our staff strives to stay on schedule. For patient who are delayed and arrived late for appointment, every effort will be made to see you the same day. However, wait times may apply, or appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Please request prescriptions refills and medication authorizations between 9:00AM – 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Any request made at other times will be process on the next business day.
